The otodane.pl generator is solely for preparing an agreement template. The parties must independently verify the accuracy of the information and wording, compliance with applicable law and suitability for their transaction before signing.

How do I prepare the document?

Enter the amount actually received and the precise payment purpose. The amount in words is generated in the document language. Identify partial payments in the purpose. The recipient signs only after receiving the money.

Questions and answers

Does a receipt replace an invoice or confirm that the whole debt is paid?

No. It acknowledges the stated amount received for a specified purpose. It is not an invoice or a mere transfer instruction. We do not add an automatic waiver of further claims. Supports PLN from 0.01 to 1,000,000,000.00, to the nearest grosz.

How do I save a PDF?

Complete the form, choose “Prepare document”, then “Print / save PDF”. Select PDF in the print dialog. You can also download TXT or copy the text. Signatures are added separately.

Are my details saved?

The form runs entirely in this browser tab’s memory. The tool does not send your input to a server or save it in links or persistent application storage. Copied text and downloaded documents contain your input — you decide who receives them. Changing the document language does not translate your descriptions.
